ACGR National Meeting November 2026

2026 National Member Meeting 2 of the Australian Council of Graduate Research will be held on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th November 2026 and is co-hosted by the University of Queensland.
Registrations and the full program will be released in September.
Registrations are free for one primary representative of each full member organisation and at a fee to be advised for additional delegates and all associate members. Registration includes day catering on both days and the conference dinner on Wednesday evening.
Places are limited to no more than three delegates from each member institution.
Venue
The meeting will be held at the University of Queensland St Lucia Campus. The venue is 15 minutes by car from the Brisbane CBD. There are multiple public transport options available.
- Wednesday November 4th venue: Andrew N. Liveris Building – Combined Collaborative Space – 46-242/243
- Thursday November 5th venue: ModWest – Collaborative – 11A-130
Registration will open at 8.30on Wednesday 4th November and the meeting will commence at 9.00 sharp.

Dinner
The conference dinner and presentation of the ACGR 2026 Awards for Excellence will be on Wednesday evening. The dinner will be held at The Emporium Hotel South Bank in the Frangipani Room, 267 Grey Street, South Brisbane
Accommodation
The Emporium Hotel is a 15 minute drive of the meeting venue. All those attending the ACGR National Meeting dinner are extended a 15% discount off the best available fully flexible rate at the time of booking.
