As we near the end of a turbulent year there are some slight glimmers of hope on the horizon for our graduate research programs and students. The announced COVID recovery increase in RSP funding in 2021 may relieve some pressures in our universities. Some of our candidates and colleagues are returning to campus across the nation and others are hoping to do so shortly. Applications for 2021 commencements are coming in and we are developing a clearer picture of the challenges and prospects going forward.
In this month’s ACGR newsletter we announce and congratulate the candidates for the forthcoming ACGR Executive Election, provide an update on the APRIntern Scheme, detail a raft of resources and advice for members and look forward to our first “virtual” national meeting on November 12 and 13.
